Noah didn't want to take a morning nap so we got ready for the day and went into town. We did bring our swim suits, but hadn't really planned on going to the beach, so I wasn't fully prepared. You will see the results below!!
On the beach, Noah got sandy, Neena got a Henna tattoo(temporary)... and I got very sunburned!
When we got back Noah took a nap but was awaken early by housekeeping.
I brought him out with me and he fell asleep on my lap while I uploaded photos.
Noah was an angel all day and he was just as pleasant all evening. We sat around in the common area with some people we have made friends with and Neena told her adoption story. Noah sat the whole time on my lap. Finally I took him into bed even though it was still pretty early. He hadn't taken a morning nap, so he was still really sleepy. I laying by him to put him to sleep, but then trying to lie him in his bed. He was too asleep to wake up and protest, but awake enough to know he didn't want me to leave. When I tried to put him in bed he stayed asleep, but kept putting his feet down, or in my bed would through his arm across me if I moved at all. He was so cute as always!

Ouchie! That was what I looked like after our day in Jamaica--worst sunburn of my life!
ReplyDeleteOh, it is so bad! It is much worse now than in the picture. Certain spots are still bright red. Ouch!
